The GBSA is extremely sad to have heard the news that Ian passed away on Monday 26th October.

Our tribute

It is with great sadness that the GBSA also learned of the recent passing of Norrie Webb.

Norrie was just starting his third season in Guernsey, and proved to be an accomplished player who had a top break of 50 and played for Guernsey B last year.

We send our heartfelt condolences to Norrie’s family and friends.

A blistering start and century from Adam Shorto leads to a 16-9 victory.

Jersey’s Clayton Coates added a second CI Billiards title, winning 500-220

Adam Shorto has won the CI Snooker Championship after another final frame thriller against Aaron Canavan.

Adam won 5-4 on the final black.

Guernsey (pictured) beat Jersey 12-4 in the Upton, but lost 20-12 in the billiards

Adam Shorto won his 9th Island Snooker championship by beating John Skillett 5-0.

In doing so, Adam completed a season in which he won every individual match he played.

Adam Shorto claimed his first ‘speed snooker’ title by winning the Aquacovers Shootout.

He beat Danny Marquand in the final, having earlier made a record 107 break.
